かばお使用ガイドライン（日本語）

1. はじめに ― テキトーフォーミーの世界へようこそ

ひっぽー。
ようこそ、「かばお」と「テキトーフォーミー」の世界へ。
このガイドラインは、「かばお」や「テキトーフォーミー」をみんなが安心して使い、広げ、にこにこになれるようにするためのルールです。

1-1. テキトーフォーミーの理念

みんなにこにこがいいね。

この理念を尊重し、「かばお」の表現や発信は、ひとを傷つけず、ゆるやかでやさしい世界観を守ることをお願いしています。

2. 権利について

2-1. 知的財産権の帰属

「かばお」および「テキトーフォーミー」に関するキャラクター、名称、ビジュアル、設定、セリフ、世界観などの一切の権利はYOME（KAORI FUJISAWA）に帰属します。
「テキトーフォーミー」は登録商標であり（商願2022-084169）、権利者は KAORI FUJISAWA です。

3. 利用の区分とルール

3-1. 個人・ファンによる利用（非商用）

公式が提供する「かばお」は、非商用利用に限り自由に使用できます。
商用利用や配布を希望する場合は、別途ライセンス契約を行ってください。

次のような「みんなにこにこ利用」は大歓迎です。
・SNS投稿（#かばおってみた、#旅するかばお / #BeKABAO, #WherIsKABAO)
・二次創作（イラスト・ぬいぐるみ・AI生成など）
・個人的なプリントや展示（販売しない範囲）

ただし、次のような使い方はご遠慮ください。
・お金を受け取る販売・広告・配信
・暴力的・性的・差別的・政治的な文脈での利用
・かばおや他者を傷つける表現

3-1-1.Sora 2「キャラクターカメオ」利用に関する特則

OpenAI Sora 2の「キャラクターカメオ」機能を利用して「かばお」を登場させる場合、以下の条件を守ってください。

1.利用範囲

非商用利用（個人の投稿・作品制作）に限り、Sora 2のカメオ機能を使用して「かばお」を登場させることができます。
商用利用、プロモーション目的、または営利を伴う配信・上映には、別途ライセンス契約が必要です。

2.禁止事項

・AI補正や演出を超えて「かばお」の外見・性格・世界観を改変する行為
・第三者が生成した素材や他キャラクターとの混合により「別人格化」される表現
・NFT化、ブロックチェーン登録、またはAIモデル学習への転用
・OpenAI利用規約または本ガイドラインに反する利用

3.クレジット表記

可能な場合は、動画のキャプションまたは概要欄に以下を明記してください：

4.理念尊重

Sora 2上での表現も、「みんなにこにこがいいね」の理念に沿って制作してください。暴力的・攻撃的・差別的な利用はできません。

3-2. 企業・団体・商用利用

グッズ・書籍・映像・イベントなど収益を伴う活動は事前のライセンス契約が必要です。
ライセンス契約は以下を原則とします：
・非独占的ライセンス（共創歓迎）
・利用目的・期間・媒体・地域の明確化
・テキトーフォーミーの理念と調和する内容

教育・福祉・地域・ウェルビーイング・アート・旅・日常

3-3. 禁止事項

次の行為は、テキトーフォーミーの理念にも、法律にも反するのでNGです。
・無断商用利用・販売・広告使用
・NFT・ブロックチェーン・AIモデル学習素材への利用
・政治的・宗教的・反社会的・性的・暴力的・差別的表現での使用
・改変・コラージュ・AI再生成による“別人格化”
・公式を名乗る、誤認させる発信
・他人の権利を侵害する行為
違反が確認された場合は、削除要請・警告・法的措置を取る場合があります。

4. 二次創作・UGC活動について

「かばおってる」みんなを、かばおはにこにこと見守っています。
生成AIなどの新しいツールを使って、テキトーフォーミーの世界を楽しんでください。

ただし次の点だけ気をつけてくださいね：
・商用利用や配布は禁止（ガイドライン遵守）
・かばおの世界観を壊す表現はNG
・ハッシュタグ「#かばおってみた」または「#旅するかばお」を入れてください

 5. ライセンス契約について

商用利用、コラボ・タイアップを希望される場合は公式窓口までご連絡ください。別途ライセンス契約に係るご案内が可能です。
契約は書面または電子契約にて行い、利用目的・地域・期間・対価を明確に定めます。

6. 免責事項・改訂

本ガイドラインは、予告なく改訂されることがあります。
利用者は最新の内容を確認のうえご利用ください。
利用により生じた損害・トラブルについて、YOME（KAORI FUJISAWA）は一切の責任を負いません。
不明点は公式窓口までお問い合わせください。

1. Introduction — Welcome to the World of Tekito for Me

Welcome to the world of Kabao and Tekito for Me.
These guidelines exist so that everyone can use and share Kabao and Tekito for Me safely, joyfully, and with a smile.

1-1. The Philosophy of Tekito for Me

“Minna nikoniko ga ii ne.” — Everyone smiling is good.

Please respect this philosophy when expressing or sharing Kabao.
Always keep the tone gentle and kind, without hurting others or distorting the warm worldview of Tekito for Me.

2. About Rights

2-1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All rights to the characters, names, visuals, settings, dialogue, and worldviews related to Kabao and Tekito for Me belong to YOME (KAORI FUJISAWA).
“Tekito for Me” is a registered trademark (Application No. 2022-084169) owned by KAORI FUJISAWA.

3. Categories and Rules of Use

3-1. Personal and Fan Use (Non-Commercial)

Official Kabao 3D data and pose/expression materials may be used freely for non-commercial purposes only.
If you wish to use or distribute them commercially, a separate license agreement is required.

The following “smile-spreading uses” are warmly welcomed:

  • Social media posts (#BeKABAO, #WherIsKABAO)
  • Fan creations (illustrations, plushies, AI-generated works, etc.)
  • Personal prints or displays (not for sale)

Please refrain from the following uses:

  • Any sale, advertisement, or streaming for profit
  • Use in violent, sexual, discriminatory, or political contexts
  • Expressions that harm Kabao or others

3-1-1. Special Terms for Use via OpenAI Sora 2 “Character Cameo”

When using Kabao through OpenAI Sora 2’s “Character Cameo” feature, please comply with the following:

1. Scope of Use

You may include Kabao in your works or posts through Sora 2 Cameo for non-commercial use only.
Commercial, promotional, or monetized use (including screenings or paid content) requires a separate license agreement.

2. Prohibited Actions

  • Altering Kabao’s appearance, personality, or worldview beyond reasonable AI enhancement or artistic direction
  • Combining Kabao with third-party materials or characters to create a “different persona”
  • Use in NFTs, blockchain registration, or AI model training
  • Any use that violates OpenAI’s Terms of Use or these Guidelines

3. Credit

Whenever possible, include the following credit in the video caption or description:

4. Respect the Philosophy

All Sora 2 content must embody the spirit of “Minna nikoniko ga ii ne.”
Violent, offensive, or discriminatory uses are not permitted.

3-2. Corporate, Organizational, or Commercial Use

Any revenue-generating activity (merchandise, books, videos, events, etc.) requires a prior license agreement.
Licenses will be granted under the following principles:

  • Non-exclusive license (co-creation welcome)
  • Clearly defined purpose, duration, medium, and region
  • Content consistent with the Tekito for Me philosophy

Preferred themes:
Education / Welfare / Community / Well-being / Art / Travel / Everyday Life

3-3. Prohibited Actions

The following are prohibited as they violate both law and the Tekito for Me philosophy:

  • Unauthorized commercial use, sales, or advertising
  • Use for NFTs, blockchain, or AI training datasets
  • Political, religious, antisocial, sexual, violent, or discriminatory content
  • Alteration, collage, or AI re-generation that results in “a different character”
  • Misrepresentation as official, or any misleading communication
  • Infringement of third-party rights

Violations may result in takedown requests, warnings, or legal action.

4. Fan Creations and UGC Activities

Kabao smiles upon everyone who lives “Kabao-tte iru” — in their own Tekito for Me way.
Feel free to enjoy and explore the world of Tekito for Me using new tools like generative AI.

Just remember:

  • Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited (follow this Guideline)
  • Do not create works that break Kabao’s gentle worldview
  • Please include hashtags like #BeKabao or #WhereIsKabao

5. Licensing Agreements

For commercial use, collaborations, or partnerships, please contact me.

License contracts will be executed in writing or electronically, specifying purpose, region, period, and compensation.
